How to get help
For questions, bug reports or feature requests about any Apis Systems application, email us at [email protected]. We reply within one to two business days.
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include the application name, its version, your macOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Disk Reviewer (macOS)
Disk Reviewer is a local disk cleanup tool for Mac. Answers to the most common questions:
Is any of my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Disk Reviewer works entirely on your Mac. It has no network access, so nothing you scan or clean ever leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where do deleted files go?
Files you remove are moved to the macOS Trash, and photos are moved to the Recently Deleted album in Photos. Nothing is erased permanently by the app, and nothing is removed without your explicit confirmation.
How do I restore a file I removed by mistake?
Open the Trash, right click the file and choose Put Back. For photos, open Photos, go to Recently Deleted and choose Recover.
Why can't the app see some of my folders?
Disk Reviewer runs in the macOS sandbox and can only read locations you grant access to. If a folder is missing from results, add it again and approve the system permission prompt.
